Facebook Meets Estimates In Q4 With $3.77B Revenue, User Growth Slows To 2.2% QOQ To Hit 1.38B

Facebook met the street’s estimates in its Q4 2014 earnings. It now has 1.38 billion users, up 2.2% quarter over quarter, which was a little slower than in Q4. The company brought $0.48 EPIS on $3.77 billion in revenue.

Facebook spent Q4 focusing on improving its News Feed quality so more users would spend more time where it shows ads. It also got serious about serving video content, leading to huge increases in video views. By boosting organic video viewership, Facebook will be able to slide more lucrative video ads into the feed.

Facebook recently revelaed its pilot for an enterprise social network product called Facebook At Work, but it’s not earning any revenue on it yet.
